1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or submitting an application through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or submit an application.
2. What this site does
This website lets you learn about Hollywood Academy's programs and submit an application for a specific path (Actor, Director, Writer, Producer, Crew, or Still Exploring). Submitting an application starts a review process — it is a request to be considered, not an enrollment.
3. No guarantee of admission
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any Academy program. All applications are reviewed at our sole discretion, based on criteria we may change at any time. We may accept, decline, waitlist, or request more information from any applicant without providing a detailed reason.
4. Accuracy of your application
You agree that the information you submit — your identity, experience, and background details — is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. We may withdraw an offer or terminate enrollment if we later find an application contained materially false information.
5. Eligibility
This site is intended for prospective applicants who are legally able to enter into an agreement in their jurisdiction, or who have the consent of a parent or guardian where required. We do not knowingly collect applications from children without such consent.
6. Fees and program details
Any pricing, tuition, or program details referenced on this site are subject to change and will be confirmed directly with applicants who are accepted. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer of enrollment or pricing until confirmed in writing.
7. Intellectual property
All text, design, branding, and other content on this site belong to Hollywood Academy (or are used with permission) and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written consent.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site — including submitting false applications, attempting to access other applicants' data, or interfering with the site's normal operation.
9. No warranty
This site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your application will be delivered instantly — see our Privacy Policy for how submissions are processed, including the email-based fallback used if our primary system is unavailable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hollywood Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the application process, including a delayed or failed application submission.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Academy and this site evolve. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your country of residence.
